Course Purpose
Being an effective trainer means more than just sharing your knowledge with trainees. You have to adapt to certain situations in class, you have to understand whom you are dealing with and how to deal with difficult situations in training.
This course will take you through the steps of training - from understanding the adult learner, planning for training, developing course material, training coordination, dealing with difficult learners right through to presenting /facilitating your training effectively. You will also learn how to evaluate your effectiveness as a trainer ensuring that learning has actually taken place.
It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
