Course Purpose

This course will allow you to manage disputes, interpret unfair labour practice, conduct negotiations, identify and apply principles of the law of evidence as well as to conduct mediation.

  • Interpret unfair labour practice legislation in dispute resolution  
  • Analyse and interpret unfair dismissal in dispute resolution
  • Describe the Promotion of Administration of Justice Act and the principles of Administration law  
  • Conduct negotiations in labour mediation
  • Identify and apply the principles of law of evidence  
  • Establish basic principles of evidence in mediation
