This course will allow you to understand and apply the South African Legal Framework as well as various Acts and Legislative Requirements.

Once you have completed this course you will be able to understand and apply:
- The South African Legal Framework
- The Interpretation of Statutes Act, 33 of 1975
- The Pensions Fund Act as it applies to the administration of retirement funds
- The Extention of Security of Tenure Act, 62 of 1997 (ESTA)
