This course is intended for managers and supervisors who is required to manage a unit through applying effective management, planning and controlling skills.
Specifically, you will learn how to effectively plan, implement and control a project with your team. You will learn how to manage your team’s efforts to ensure the project is carried out in accordance to its objectives.
You will learn how to set goals for your unit as well as plan to achieve such objectives. You will further be able to implement a change management process that will allow your staff to implement changes within your unit or department.
